She is survived by: her children, Paula Neff (Tom), Camille Shubeck (Terry), Wayne DeSimoni (Kathleen) and Yvonne Germ; her grandchildren, Celena, Krista, Elliott, Angela (Scott), Rachel (John), Abigail, Celia (Clark), William, Anthony (Karlie), Amber, Danielle and Alexandria; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Austin, Brandon, Brianne, Owen, Elizabeth, Madison, Michael, Porter, Mila, Elliot, Grant, Seth, Tyler and Blake. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
