He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Chuck (Betty Jo), Erik (Stephanie), Nick and Kelsey (Mike Petras); his grandchildren, Vinny, Addison, Tony and Evan; and his siblings, Mike (Sandra) and Chris (Michelle).
