He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nina Kovalenko (Wlasow); his daughters, Irene Krimm (Mike), Maria Leysens (Gus), Lina Gall (Tim) and Nina Glad (late John); his grandchildren, Nathan Kopp, Nicholas Leysens, Greg Leysens, Bobby Gall (Lauren), Julie Tilley (Lacy), Andy Gall (Sarah), Nicole Omilion (Matt), Leah Kriaras (Dimitrios) and Johnny Glad (Sierra); his great grandchildren, Everett, Abigail, Katerina, Claire, Milania, Mason and Wyatt; and his sibling Parasia. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kolodiy-Lazuta Funeral Home (5677 State Rd, Parma, OH 44134). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Theodosius Russian Orthodox Cemetery (8200 Biddulph Rd, Brooklyn, OH 44144).
