It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie M. Belter of Parma, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Regep Mahamet and Patricia Mahamet; and her siblings, JoAnne Cardinal and Raymond Mahamet. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Belter (Larry Lang), Jill Johnson (Wayne II) and Jan Toler; her grandchildren, Lexi Toler and Austin Toler; and her sisters, Sandra Meacher, Anita Isherwood (Bill), Vivian Stagg and Frances Mahamet.
