He is survived by: his parents, Tomasz and Ewa; his grandparents, Bronislawa Skotnicka, Adam (Helena Skotnicki) and Zdzisław (Olga Malicki); his aunts and uncles, Andrzej Skotnicki and Edyta Malicka; and his cousin Olivia Skotnicki.
