He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas R. and Dorothy R.; and his sister Linda Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L.; his children, Nathan Cymbal (Jessica), Douglas J. Smith, Larisa Price (Mike), Carly Maat (Steven) and Stefanie Ewing (William); his grandchildren, Zoe, Zaida, Zelli, Zane, Gideon, Juniper, Weston Walker and Makayla; and his siblings, Karen Sutera, Randy Smith, Lisa Salsbury and Kimberly Moore.
