He was predeceased by: his brother Larry; his parents, Robert and Josephine; and his siblings, Lawrence, Anita and John.
He is survived by: his children, Meredith Schindler (Cameron Getto) and Richard M. (Katherine); his wife Anita; his grandchild Taran Wessells (Elyse Burns); his children, Hannah Abdelhady (Ahmed), Teilo Wessells, Esmé Getto, Marcie, Owen and Eli; and his brother Father Paul. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, siblings, and cousins.
