He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosemary; his children, Sharon Russell (late Bruce), George, Karen Jones (Andy), Melanie, Richard Jr. "Dickie" (Joan), Patrick (Norma), Christopher, Daniel, Janine Smith, Michael (Sherin), Rosemary Beight (Jeff), Joseph (Mianne) and William (Loretta); and his brothers, Robert (MaryLou) and Norman (Joanne). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
