He was predeceased by: his uncles, Wayne and Kevin Davis; and his grandfathers, Windell Davis (Betty Jo) and William Stover (Helen). He is survived by: his father Richard Davis (Sharon); his children, Taylor, Morgan, Christopher and Cody; his mother Debra Clay; his siblings, Christina Smith (Timothy) and Todd; his uncles, Billy Stover and Timothy Davis (Sylvia); his aunt Joyce Amberik (Andrew); his niece Savanna; his nephew Andrew; and his former wife Kristie Davis.
