She was predeceased by: her grandchild J. R.; her parents, Harry Kostelnik and Kathryn Kostelnik; and her sister Germaine Kostelnik. She is survived by: her husband Randolph; her children, Daniel (Anne), Leslie Varwig (Al) and Sarah Fedor (David); her grandchildren, John, Quinn Buckner, Hannah Varwig, Gabriel, Ellie and Michael Prisel; her brother Phillip Kostelnik (Marilyn); her nieces and nephews, Melanie Rykena, David Kostelnik, Kevin Kostelnik, Meghan Buckner and Molly Buckner; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kathryn Selmer, Sean Bily and Lauren Kostelnik.
