It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melania A. Rakytiak of Parma, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melania A. Rakytiak to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Valentin Strecansky and Antonia Strecansky; her husband Fedor Rakytiak; and her son Ted "Lubo" Rakytiak (Jenny). She is survived by : her children, Elena Lidrbauch (Bob), Ivan Rakytiak (Tammy) and Pete Rakytiak (Mary K); her grandchildren, Kyle, Steven, Justin, Madalyn, Lauren, Elise, Maia and Nicholas; her great grandchild Jaylen; and her siblings, Viera Tkacikova and Ivan Strecansky.
