She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her son Chuck Bernazzoli (Pamela Gierosky); her grandchild Chrissy Bernazzoli (Kyle Paul); and her siblings, Magdalen Levstek (late Joseph) and Juanita Zumack (late Joseph).
