(Vicki), John-Michael (Denise) and Thomas M. (Shelly); her child-in-law Leslie Magda; her grandchildren, James J., Sarah E. Blaha (Adam), Jenna M., Tessa V., Thomas G. (Blaire) and Michael P. (Madeline); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Nathan Blaha and Brooks Langa; and her brother John Mudra (Tina).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Boys Town.
