We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2022, at the age of 91, Louis P. Kuchuk of Parma, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carol A.; and his parents, Paul Kuchuk and Barbara Klimenek. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Kwitkowski (Joseph) and Sharon Carnes (Ralph); his grandchildren, Joseph L. Kwitkowski (Delben "DJ" Barker), Russell Tripi (Michael), Rachel Good (Daniel) and Robin Kwitkowski; and his great grandchildren, Cowin Good, Liam Good, Aleksander Tripi, Francesca Tripi and Tomek Tripi.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be given to the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, Alzheimer's Association or Cleveland Clinic Hospice.
