He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane; and his granddaughters, Jenny Kaminski and Kristen Morley. He is survived by: his children, Len (Mary Beth), Linda Kaminski (late Bob) and Karen Morley (Warren); his grandchildren, Corey Kozak (Rita), Troy Kozak, Bobby Kaminski (Sarah), David Kaminski (Kirstyn), Eddie Kaminski (Erica) and Rachel Pittaway (Ian); and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Zoey, Drake and Colin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to St. Anthony Of Padua Church.
