He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Catherine; and his siblings, Lynn Caine and Bernard. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Komondor (Scott) and Mary Kay Shelton (Deborah Ornowski); his nieces and nephews, John "JJ" Caine (Julia), Jaclyn Welder (Adam), Scott Caine (Erika), Brett Caine and Macaulee Shelton; his great-niece Emily; and his great-nephew Jackson Welder.
In Lieu of flowers, Kevin requested donations to the ASPCA or the scleroderma foundation.
