With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Harris of Parma, Ohio, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, George and Helen; and her parents, Michael Harriston and Hope Harriston (Babiolis). She is survived by: her daughter Megan; her nieces and nephews, Hope Barkoukis, Sam Maropis, Hope Tzagournis and Michael Haritakis; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Athan, Andrea, Leah, Annie, Tessa, George, Gus, Luke, Sophia and Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy's name directly to St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church.
