She was predeceased by: her father Gerald West; her husband Roy Werner, Sr.; and her brother Milton West. She is survived by: her children, Sue Bohrer (Dave), Chris Bohrer (Dennis), Roy Werner, Jr. (Laura) and Diane Rapp; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Justin, Kevin, Matt, Dennis, Stephanie, John, Amanda, Ryan, Adam, Meranda and Tim; her great grandchildren, Avery, Jackson and Johnny; and her sister Helen Tichy (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
