She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph; her daughter Laura Samelson; and her parents, Julius Kwiatek and Caroline Kwiatek. She is survived by: her son David Zaun (Sheri); her grandchildren, Heather Zaun (Adam Zbydnowski) and Danny Zaun (Vanessa); her great grandchildren, Harlee, Logan and Juniper; and her niece Carolyn Schoeff (David).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Polish National Catholic Church or to the Parma Symphony Orchestra.
