He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Salo and Rachel Jones; his stepparents, Patricia Salo and Larry Kukoleck; his stepgrandmother Marie Salo; his sister Hannah Salo; his stepsiblings, Ashley Kivler and Amanda Bresset; his aunts and uncles, George Salo Jr., Michael Salo, Kathleen Salo, Jerry Babiak Jr., Tamara Ash, Micheal Ash and Helen Matishek; and his cousins, Allison Ash, John Lesko, Danny Lesko, Job Lesko, Joshua Lesko, Francine Lesko, Angel Lesko, John Matishek and Caitlyn Salo Pressler.
