He is survived by: his wife Petie; his children, Stephen Patrick (Jennifer) of Nashville and Kristin Paris of Pacific Grove; his sister Mary Ellen Beiletti of Jacksonville; his nieces and nephews, Rhett Beiletti and Taffi Deegan (Joe) of Jacksonville; his sister-in-law Tracy Patterson (Don) of Parma; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Hertter of Memphis, Tenn and Nathaniel Patterson of Parma.
The cause of death was Alzheimer's disease.
