It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Baker of Parma, Ohio, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dawn; his children, Kendal Kelly (Matt) and John Baker; his stepdaughter Krista Kuhn; his grandchildren, Stetson and Bailey; his parents, Patricia and Maynard; his siblings, Traci and Patrick; his nieces and nephews, Promise, Hannah and Nicholas; and his brother-in-law Tony Carrossellia (Mary).
