He was predeceased by: his wife Mae; his parents, George and Victoria; and his siblings-in-law, Josephine Sliz (Bob) and Anthony LoSchiavo (Grace).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Fernandez (Steve), Jerome (Patricia), Paul (Kimberly) and Daniel; his granddaughters, Brittany Fernandez and Samantha; and his sister Kathleen Banik.
