He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Ellis and Lilly Ellis; his siblings, Carol Russell (Patricia Ellis) and George Ellis; and his daughter Faith Ellis.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Jennings (Jeff), Barbara Falgout (Derrick), Olivia Ellis (Ramon), Alysha Ellis, Timothy Ellis (Renee) and Patrick Ellis (Brandi); and his sisters, Mary Ann Evou and Karen Annerino (Tom). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
