She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Wm Vlcek; her parents, Katherine and Harry; and her siblings, Anne, Harry Jr. and Stephen.
She is survived by: her children, William (Nancy), Linda (John) and Brian; and her grandchildren, Geoff, Olivia (Chris) and Nick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces great-nephews and treasured friends.
