She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Simplicio Pabro Lagunzad and Felicidad Payot Lagunzad; and her brother Dr. Edward Payot Lagunzad (Julie). She is survived by: her siblings, Victoria Lagunzad Evenhuis (Walther), Anastacia Lagunzad Krizman (Christopher), Mary Catherine Lagunzad (Charles), Joy Kouns-Lewis (Doug), George Payot Lagunzad, Sonny Payot Lagunzad, Henry Valentine Lagunzad (Linda), Richard Andrew Lagunzad and Charles Jesus Lagunzad (Patrick); and her nephews, Haylee LaFord, Xavier Brown (Nova Williams), Morgan LaFord, Griffin Brown, Zion Boustani, Valor Williams and Lincoln Skaleki (Maya Skaleki).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Santa Cruzan Northeast Ohio, in honor of Elizabeth's memory.
