She was predeceased by: her spouse Sidney Blankenship; her stepson Larry Blankenship; her parents, Albert Garess and Ethel Garess; and her siblings, Cleta Withers, Linda Goins and Edward Garess.
She is survived by: her children, Noralie "Nonie" Roder (Dale, Sr.), Drema, Sanchez (Freddie) and Rhonda May (Barry); her stepchildren, John "Jack" Albany, Chris Dey and Curtis Albany of Eric; her grandchildren, Mikie, Mark, Dale Jr., Angel, Ashley, Amber, Brittney and Briana; and her sisters, Glynda Erwin, Wanda Krainz and Joyce Ferguson.
