He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Swedinovich Sr. and Gladys Swedinovich (Christian). He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Swedinovich; his brother Douglas Swedinovich (Heather) of Las Vegas, NV; his children, Shannon Weslek of Raleigh, NC and Donald Scott Swedinovich of Lorain, OH; his stepchildren, Kristin K. Price of Brookfield, WI and Dustin D. Price of Eau Claire, WI; and his granddaughters, Brianna L. Weslek, Sydney R. Weslek, Chloe M. Squire, Danika Price and Daylin Price.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kolodiy-Lazuta Funeral Home (5677 State Rd, Parma, OH 44134). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Olive Branch Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank his brother Douglas, for his generous donation of stem cells in 2003, and his Cleveland Clinic team: Dr. Brad Pohlman (Hematolog/Oncology), and Dr's. Jeff Goshe and Reecha Kampani (Ophthalmology) for their care and support which allowed him to live his life to the fullest.
