It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Holutiak of Parma, Ohio, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holutiak and Regina Holutiak; and his siblings, Norbert and Mary Ann Ratliff. He is survived by: his siblings, John (Marie), Irene Ratliff (Tom) and Mike (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
