She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Jedlicka; her parents, Joseph Cukr and Mary Cukr; and her siblings, Raymond Cukr and Edith Moes.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Jason Jedlicka (Harriet) and Michael Jedlicka (Jeannine); her great grandchildren, Jaydon, Madison and Dylan Jedlicka; her friend Frances Byrne; and her sister Joan Preising.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis de Sales Church or to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
