She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zelenka and Mary Zelenka; her husband Robert Pacanovsky; her siblings, Joe, Bob, David Zelenka, Joan Juhas (Joe) and Ann Marie Zelenka; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Garber (Pat), Joe and Ray Pacanovsky.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob (Connie) of Akron and John (Lissa) of Cary; her grandchildren, Cassie, Adam and Grant; her sister Pat Dybzinski (Rich); and her sisters-in-law, Linda, Sharel, Cheryl Zelenka, Jeanette and Marna Pacanovsky.
