We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2022, at the age of 76, Bernard Forgach of Parma, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Ann; his children, Pamela Forgach and Greg Forgach (Michele Martin); his grandchildren, Nathan Forgach and Maximus Anderson; and his siblings, Rudolph Forgach (late Marianne), Lawrence Forgach (Lynn), Virginia Sadosky (Peter), Richard Forgach (Mary Ann), S. M., Elaine Butkovic (Carl), Leonard Forgach (Janet), Jane Forgach and Philip Forgach.

In lieu of flowers, contributions requested to Holy Family Hospice.
