He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Mihnovets and Agripina Mihnovets; his wife Olga Mihnovets; his sons, Stephen Mihnovets (Eva Jo) of Punta Gorda, Florida, Nick Mihnovets (Cherie) of Lago Vista, Texas and Peter Mihnovets of York; his grandchildren, Jonathan Mihnovets (Emily), Michael Mihnovets (Taylor), Christopher Mihnovets (Sarah), Justin Mihnovets (Lizelle), Ragan Speer (Aaron) and Carley Hege; his great grandchildren, Olivia, William, Marshal, Amelia Rose, Weston and Blakely; his nephews, Nicholas, Serge Mihnovets, Peter and John Michnovec; and also, Anastasia and Nasha Mihnovets.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral.
