He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Anna; and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Eleanore; his children, Stephen M. Spisak, Br. Nicholas "Phillip" Spisak O. S. B., Richard A. Spisak (Kris) and Edward J. Spisak (Faith); his grandchildren, Matthew, Emily, Jacob, Nicholas and Jennifer; and his siblings, Mary, John and Andrew.
