He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Antoinette Myers; his parents, Edward Koscic and Nancy Koscic; and his daughter Jodi Myers. He is survived by: his sibling Tracy Koscic; and his children, James Myers, Jeremy Myers and Jessica Domke.
