He was predeceased by: his grandson Edward; and his brother James (Joy). He is survived by: his wife Madonna G. "Donna"; his children, Lynne McMillan (Jim), Jeffrey (Lynda), Lawrence (Leticia) and Jerome (Adrienne); and his grandchildren, Lauren (Matt), Rachel (Pat), Lyndsey (Matt), Jennifer, Melissa, Michael, Ryan, Deanna, Larry Jr., Ray and Danny.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ray's name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
