It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Pekarek (Parma Heights, Ohio), who passed away on February 4, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Roger R.; her child Brian (Dawn); her grandchild Brielle; and her parents, Henry Hazelton and Kathryn Hazelton.
