He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Cristino Sr. and Pauline Cristino; and his sister Rose Stupp (Martin). He is survived by: his fiancée Diane Ryan; his daughter Nicole Card (Michael); his stepchildren, Ashley Rinkoski (Christianna) and Bailey Rinkoski; his grandchildren, Emily, Dallas and Luna; and his siblings, Michael Cristino Jr. (Susan), Vince Cristino, Angeline DeBrino and Paul Cristino (Kathryn).
