She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her grandson Edward; and her brother Ronald Masanek (Stephanie). She is survived by: her children, Lynne McMillan (Jim), Jeffrey (Lynda), Lawrence (Leticia) and Jerome (Adrienne); and her grandchildren, Lauren (Matt), Rachel (Pat), Lyndsey (Matt), Jennifer, Melissa (Chris), Michael, Ryan, Deanna, Larry Jr., Ray and Danny.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Donna's name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
