He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys L. Ocilka and Aloysius Ocilka; and his siblings, Michael Ocilka (Donna), Paul Ocilka and Maureen Ocilka.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Machaskee (Lex) and Therese Borucki (David); his niece Michelle Ocilka; his nephews, Adam Machaskee and Nicholas Machaskee (Aubrey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kadance, Kenny Diemer, Ian and Sawyer Machaskee.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations are suggested to St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. John Bosco Church.
