He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Williams and Kathleen Williams; his daughter Deanna Shipley; and his brother Jack Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williams; his children, Joe Williams (Lisa), Mark Williams (Colleen), Jim Williams (Tracy), Lora Nacarato and Diana Horton (Michael); and his siblings, Reuna Knuckles, Tonda Strickland, Dana Williams (Esther), Ward Williams, Craig Williams, Reid Williams and Charlette Hall.
