She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dulskis and Martha Dulskis. She is survived by: her husband Norman Leroy Simmons; her sister Janice Dulskis Garvey; her children, Terry Longwell, Tim Simmons and Barb Simmons; her children-in-law, Don, Debbie and Bill; and her grandchildren, Glen Longwell, Dan Longwell, Kirsten Simmons, Kate Simmons and Joe Simmons. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
