He is survived by: his significant other Iris; his children, Mark Johnson (Mary) of Findlay, OH, Kimberly Carr (Dave) of Atlanta, GA and Colleen Hoge (Ed) of Hinckley, OH; his grandchildren, Jeramey Shaw (Matt), Abigail Johnson, Brianne Carr, Morgan Carr and Shelby Strohl (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Millie and Emmie Shaw.
