With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory S. Sladick (Parma Heights, Ohio), who passed away on September 6, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Sladick and Mary Sladick; his nephew Logan Constantin; and also, Ray Constantin and Betty Constantin.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his daughter Sarah; his siblings, Doug Sladick (Linda) and Roberta Sladick; his nephews, Spencer Sladick and Phil Kraus; and his sister-in-law Linda Jambor (Chuck).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be sent to the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice of Southwest General Health Center.
