She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schwandt and Emilie Schwandt (Jerome Lewis); and her daughter Donna Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Betty Cook (Ron), Cindy Slepko (Greg), Theresa Lewis (Ferris Kleem) and Jerry Lewis (Kim); her great grandchildren, Tom Cook Kayleigh (Tara), Nicole Koteles (Chris), Courtney Slepko, Ashley Kovachic (John), Jacob Lewis, Jenna Lewis and Jackie Lewis; and her pets, Abby, Callie, Chubby, Drew, Jasper, Marshall, Penny, Sadie, Sly and Winnie. She is also survived by many relatives, friends.
