She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Bibb and Estella Bibb; her siblings, Ethel, Otilia, Estelle, Lolita, Leon, Ruby, Morris, Mary and Gertie Mae; and her husband Charles John Fowler Sr..

She is survived by: her niece Marilyn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
