He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jill V.; his parents, Rebecca Gibson-Graham and John R. Graham (Mary Ann Stephens); his stepchildren, Ian Reffert and Samantha Reffert; his siblings, John R. Graham Jr. (Karen) and Mary K. Bruns; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle, Katherine, Michael, Stephanie and Sydney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
