Dan Shofar Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Shofar; his siblings, Eleanor Carge and Michael Shofar; and his parents, Ana Sofariu and Dan Sofariu.

He is survived by: his children, Nick Shofar (Nellie) and Ginny Messina (Mark); his grandchildren, Cristian Shofar (Rebecca), Cassandra Shofar, Taylor Wallace (Adam) and Taryn Petruska (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Olivia Shofar and Parker Wallace. He is also survived by family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Craciun Funeral Home (14925 Bagley Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Helena Byzantine Catholic Church (1367 W 65th St, Cleveland, OH 44102).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Family Hospice (Parma) or St. Helena’s Church (Cleveland).
