Richard J. Gasser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Gasser in Parkview, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin J. Gasser and Helen Gasser (Elwer); his son Michael Gasser; and his brother Paul Gasser. He is survived by: his children, Rick Sailer of Fort Wayne, IN, Ronald Gasser of Fort Wayne, IN, Keith Sailer of Fenton, MO, Gary Gasser (Hannah) of Payne, OH and Diane Pease (Mark) of Paulding, OH; and his sisters, Jeanette Myers of Delphos, OH, Arlene Hootman of Evansport, OH and Phyllis Fitch of Defiance, OH. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dick's memory to Antwerp Manor Activity Fund.
