He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Densmore and Methel Densmore (Doster); his daughter Cheryl Smith; and his sister Erma Weller. He is survived by: his wife Judith Carlisle; his children, Lisa Densmore of Fostoria, OH and Bradley Densmore (Susan) of Auburn, WA; his grandchildren, Erin Salyers (Tyler), Ashley Lentz (Travis), Alyssa Smith, Amber Henry (David) and Allison Smith (Josh); his great grandchildren, Jasper, Dathan, Keaghan, Kaylia, Hunter and Jayden; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexander and Cameron; and his brother-in-law Franklin "Pee Wee" Weller of Oakwood, OH..
